Bush is very deserving of quick impeachment, once CHeney is gone. And many Republicans want he and Cheney out of there too. You won't get a lot of Republicans defending Bush once the evidence of his crimes and lies is made public. Bush cannot veto his own impeachment nor any of the investigations. Bush and/or Cheney are guilty of the following: - Deliberately lying to get us into a quagmire war - Stealing two elections - Disobeying over 750 laws with his illegal surveillance program which he attempted to hide from congress and courts - Colluding with energy gougers in 2000-2001 and on. - Colluding with Dubai Ports, Enron and Halliburton - Ordering the outing of a CIA agent during war-time Which is those five will get him in the end? Probably the first since that one is very easy to prove and has had the most dire consequences. But the third one is also a clear-cut case.
