Mark. Odds are they would blow themselves up trying to refuel the rockets to ready them for launch. I doubt the infrastructure (mainly good people to get things done) is still intact. Most minds of any worth probably went to for-profit business. Has the government there been paying salaries to the good people with brains? I'd be interested to see what their armies looked like.... Probably not alot of priority to keeping the missles in top shape when they are trying to act as a police force. Nukes.... Selling them to Iraq - now that is something to worry about! regards Kirk
