Don't they have a $400 M debt payment due in Mayish time frame? If they obtain the capital the company will still have problems and of course equity dilutes eps but eliminates some cash crunch.

Have fun trading (I can't imagine investing in a company that has INTL lowering prices to lower margins and generate higher losses) and this is just my 2 cents.

I haven't followed AMD too closely for a couple of years.
