Peacock Financial Announces Formation of Internet Advisory Firm ''DOTCOM Ventures LLC''
SAN JACINTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 11, 1999--Peacock Financial Corp. (OTC BB:PFCK) announced that it has become a 35% equity partner in newly created DOTCOM Ventures, LLC that has been formed to evaluate potential Internet opportunities and to assist corporate clients with their online business strategies.
Steven R. Peacock, president of Peacock Financial, stated, ''DOTCOM Ventures is made up of a most talented team, providing valued market presence and experience to advise Peacock Financial on possible timely investments in the ever-growing, ever-changing Internet and e-commerce marketplace.''
