Thanks for your reasonable scenario. Your words "at the earliest" are important. Allowing for some slippage, I would bet not until sometime in September. And even this is based on "reasonable" assumptions, and not a proven track record.

The pipeline of production to cash flow is not yet filled and running (that I've heard), though it may be soon. I think it's in our interest to not let expectations get exuberant until actual results are in.
