It is not showing as a cross on the time and sales.

I am not selling till I see news from the company concerning how the restructuring is going to take place.

I did put a call into the CFO today and he is out of the off for the next four days. GULP! CFO told me they have no intentions of cancelling the shares. He also told me that shareholders are factored into the equation.
