I believe you are looking at the last traded values and not the
bid/ask price. I see Feb 20 calls currently at 5/8 by 13/16 with
the last trade at 1 1/16.

There's more trading activity today on the Feb 17.5 then on the
Feb 20's. Thus the current price on the 17.5's are more accurate
and following SIII stock price.
