Dave, for short periods of time the MMs can artificially keep the price down by offsetting bigger up volume with a slew of tiny sells. On thinly traded stocks you can clearly see this action on the intra day charts. They can't do this for long periods of time if there is a huge up vs. down volume but they can sure get away with it for a few trading days around expiration time.

What shafts the short MMs is when some smart company execs save up some fantastic news and then release it a couple days before expiration generating a huge up volume from institutions....

I hope there are some institutions out there who will be kind to us longs and help us and themselves out one of these days....

SIII won't stay this undervalued forever.
