In most, if not all cases, the local taxes are a fixed percentage. But it's like sales tax, the higher the final bill, the tax amount added on increases accordingly. If it was a fixed dollar amount, no big deal. But since its based on a percentage.... Pretty slick, eh?

I had posted a question to Les on CFZ about bond put/call ratio's rising. If you didn't see it, I'd like to hear your take, since I'm not much of a bond expert.
