They also did a small $246,482 Non-brokered Financing which closed on Jan. 12.. This was actually common shares priced at .275 per share with holding period till May 13 of this year.. Resource Capital Fund IV LP picked up the entire lot.. Which prompted me to take a small position at .24 where it was trading.. May or may not keep this but they do expect some news around that time frame on their Joint Partnership..
