"Evolutionary" implies "genetic". I'd give that a "maybe".

That's an implication we usually assume, but is it entirely legitimate? Social development among humans has been demonstrably marked by the survival of successful social structures and the demise of unsuccessful ones. Couldn't this be classified as an evolutionary process?
