DOW 8130 looks like a good line in the sand. It would make the c=1.62xa if the feb 13 move is indeed a flat and it is near the top of that late Jan congestion. Beyond that and we are either in the 'C' up or a higher degree correction IMO. Regarding GE, I am watching for a potential triangle as well as a potential flat (from the Oct low). We would of course be near the end of the 'c' in that case.
