Nothing new....look at all of the EDGAR filings and you will see this is re-hashed news. SYQT is looking to get fresh money by lowering the price for the incentive shares. It does not mean they will bite. Remember the float in 4/98 was 95.3 million. Thus the increase is 31.7 million, but that is including all of the incentive shares.
