While there are a ton of new taxes on poor people as well as various other measures that raise money, it doesn't even come close to paying for it. Particularly when considering the inevitable massive cost overruns that will occur five and ten years out. A person would have to be a total idiot to believe Obamacare is "paid for". Hell, Medicare is 60 Trillion in the hole to begin with and only gets worse as a result of this piece of shit legislation. It is astonishing to me how clueless the public is on this subject.
