The stock came down because the main asset, 8500+ SMR licencese were put under the gun by the Feds. Moor was going to take their sweet time and build out their systems. The feds said use um or lose um and gave them 6 months.

Moor sold 57 of the above for 1/2 million cash in November.

Go to chadmoore.com It will explain their stradigy.

They need more cash preety soon. They have cash flow from the 157 cities they built out. Motorola fronts them the equipment.

They neeed to raise capital.
