Tuesday, May 25th is the deadline for Microsoft to finalize its acquisition of WebMD preferred shares. These preferred shares are causing the problem for valuing PTEK's ownership of WebMD because they are part of the ongoing side deal between Microsoft and WebMD. After this PTEK should be free to do whatever press release they can
