Also I like to run Diskutility from a seperate partition after I run Diskwarrior and I don't think you can do this if you boot from the Diskwarrior partition.

I tried running the latest version of Diskwarrior on my 10.3.9 partition and it screwed it up badly.<<

I'm pretty sure the instructions say to run Diskwarrior from its own CD. That way you are sure that the environment is right. Yes, it takes a long time to boot up, but then it works properly.
