This is off-topic.

On the subject of energy efficiency I do not understand why no one offers natural-gas-powered heatpumps for houses--that is, internal combustion engines that power a compressor, running on natural gas. For heating, you would get probably close to 90% efficiency just to start with from the gas, and then depending on the outside temperature that could be tripled. The exhaust could even pre-heat water for a hot water tank--needing no vent or chimeny because forced out under pressure. And in hot weather the compressor coil could also pre-heat water while the unit provided air conditioning. All the technology is already there. The inital expense would be much more than a standard heat pump, but it would cut total energy consumption to about 30%.

Does anyone understand the huge run-up in natural gas futures?

Also, at what price would crude oil become enough of a drag to affect world stock marekts? Rising oil prices often seem to coincide with market downs.
