Of the 50 mutual funds with the largest stakes in Apple, at least 38 voted against Apple's management on at least one issue. And at least 18 of those decided not to vote for two or more of the company's directors up for re-election.


This is ridiculous. Why don't these guys go get a set of directors of their choice - from the hedge fund industry or Carl Icahn or somebody that they think has delivered shareholder value in the past.... and then see if Jobs and the operating managers of the company are interested in working under this "structure".

This is the kind of dissent you expect with a POORLY performing company/stock. Not the number one stock.

If this harrassment of companies continues I think some of them are going to move to Bermuda.
