FWIW, Ariel Holdings address is 5151 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140. Their stated business is real estate and stock investments. A principal is Robert Danial, 124 E. 40th St, 12th Floor, NY,NY 10016. Their principal source of BCMD stock was in 2 private placements, but also bought a few thousand shares several times in Aug or Sep @ aprox. 34 cents. All of this is publicly available in SEC filings.
