I agree, some are professional (if I can loosely use that term) slammers that are paid by MM to slam a stock to drive it down periodically so that MM can manipulate. Of course they deny this, but it is true. This "arrangement" happens when a stock is rising fast so that it gives the MM more control. Ultimately, momentum will drive the stock until balanced with the market. That's why PRFM is getting the variations between 12+ & 13+. That's the way it works!
