Roger,

The following is an opinion only. This stocks value will not decrease. It has hit rock bottom. Those 'holding' stock expect and will see poor earnings' reports. That will only cause them to hold or dump what they have . I'm willing to pick up what I can now, and let those who jumped ship regret it later. This is the oportune time to buy what I can.

If any shareholders feel this is a dead technology, then get out now! That will make it easier for me to accumulate! It's always a tough call when times are rough. Isn't it easy now to see that we should have bought AMAT at 25 a year ago? They're now pushing 100!!!

Let's have this conversation again in six months. The restructuring will start to show results, the feeling will be that it's time to buy, but OH NO!... now the stock is at 12 again!! Oh well, just an opinion.

Fred
