Marvin, I don't know for certain what prompted the big run up in stock with unusual volume( 5 times more than the average daily volume and on a big down day for both Nyse and Nasdaq at that),it certainly makes one wonder. It could very well be that something is brewing behind the scene that we are not aware of or it could have been just the supply and demand thing at work again-the float is close to 17 mil. What exactly do you mean by 'restricted status at Merrill Lynch'?
