My point is that this property looks like a low risk opportunity. But for a junior company to be on the mine development path makes little sense to me. This property has been around for a long time and has had lots of work done on it. I believe a major had an interest in it at one time and passed on it probably due to the lack of infrastructure in the region. This means that it will take lots of money to develop and it may be beyond the reach of PVO. So, their ultimate interest is very speculative, which, I guess, is the guessing part you alluded to. I buy these juniors for the leverage that they can provide. The market is discounting the cash value because of this, I believe. As you know it's easy to be long and wrong but with these stocks you have to add illiquid into the equation and that is lots of extra trouble, indeed.
