"he is going to get it condemned and build a hotel there" The left in the USSC says you don't need it to be condemned. Only that someone can profit and that it will "benefit" the public. The 5th ammendment has been gutted by the left. Do any of them on the thread care? Doubt it. More power to the governement, less the the people (who they seem to have great disdain for).
