Haven't got the new property tax assessment yet - do you know when they are going out? I am a little nervous - there is a house for sale two houses up the street from us that is smaller than ours, built by the same developer at about the same time - and they are asking $345K - we paid $265K in October, 1999. We had an appraiser come by yesterday for our refinance, and he said that there had been an increase in values lately, and didn't seem surprised at the asking price.
