Yep... looks like a 'two-fer' coming up. One for the 'base', (and maybe one he will sell as a 'consensus' more 'moderate' choice... his A.G. maybe?, to break through on his first choice.) High times in D.C. this fall! I just hope the nominees are seriously asked about their opinions re the 'taking' of private property for private use... and about the equally egregious expansion of the Commerce Clause. Wanna bet the nominees sluff-off on BOTH of those Big Government expanding decisions, and Washington fixates on All Abortion, All the Time this fall?
