I don't think there was any loot flying around there, as I recall. I think she never told her story publicly until after Clinton was acquitted though it was known she had a story for years, this because she'd informed some folks around her at the time, who'd leaked it when Clinton came into prominence. Look it up to be sure I'm right in all this, I think I am.
It remains disgusting to call women we KNOW told the truth about Clinton "whores" and "tanya hardings."
