I am fairly sure I caught Covid over the Chrismas NY period. Cold, headaches, and lost sense of smell.

I went with Zelenco's solution. D3, Quercetin, Zinc, Vitamin C. and resting. A little exercise, walks etc when I felt I was up to it.

and homemade chicken soup made from the very best of chickens I could find.

The idea of Quercetin came to Zelenko from a guy called "Ralf Baric" btw. Zelenco said

"He is a brilliant guy", and indeed it looks like he is. Vit D3, Quercetin and Zinc seems to work. In my case at least.

Here, the relevant bit comes in about 4 mins 30 seconds for the next few minutes.



i.e a solution to the virus was available from taxpayer funded research circa 2010.

The late Dr Zelenko is an ace guy. imho. 5 star material.

Here is the source of information I go by these days, I have a stack of all the stuff here that can be bought over the counter. No prescription meds as I am not going to get into arguments with medical staff.

My view is survive first, maybe worry about what's right and legal later. Maybe even let others sort that out when they finally cotton on to what happened / happening.
