Only pumping out enough Docs to keep the mystique and high prices up. It's so bad we have to import Docs. And why would they want to come here?
You sure about that? The AMA of course keeps strict limits on the number of med school graduates per year, but I don't think we import that many doctors anymore.

Doctors from other countries would LOVE to come here, by the way. Most other countries have universal health care, which means among other things that doctors aren't paid as well as they are here.
