Bush is the one who alllowed NK to get nukes. Doesn't matter how you spin it. NK had no nukes and was in a box under Clinton. They did some cheatong on the side, but instead of going in and stopping them, Bush insulted them and left them alone for three years. In which time they went ahead and developed nukes, kicking out the inspectors and the surveillance cameras which would have stopped them from developing a bomb.

Whatever Newsmax type BS site telling you different is just plain lying.
