Bush will have a Repub House and Senate. He will be able to get things done as a result and and he has some decent ideas. I expect getting some good results will make people forget about the nasty way the election ended (assuming he is still the winner when all the votes are counted. As to moving to the center, that's a Gore/Lieberman kind of thing. You don't change core principles to pick up a few endorsements. If WhopperAl understood that he would have won with a clear mandate.
