Roger CR and ALL, A bit hesitant but I shorted DDIM. At least I did it at 21! I was not crazy about it so placed a high limit based on the news of a y2k disclosure bill introduced in congress.

If you read my posts on DDIM of about a week ago (run a text search with the words Pancho and DDIM) I was concerned about:

1. institutional buying, Fidelity, state street, etc. Did these guys already sold? Are they right?

2. revenue growth rate, size of revenues (this was high. CF was bad!!)

3. the number of employees (200 and plans of going to 500), are they a real y2k company? i.e., are they a PTUS?

4.More recently they announced an acqusition (will used stock need to figure out how expensive the earnings were to see if high PE will come down a bit)

5. last but not least, I believe Zacks rates it a strong buy (the lesser concern).

Any input greatly appreciated. I just did not feel that great when I pulled the trigger on this one. Except for the price!!!

Pancho
