Frank: this is called a complete lack of accountability. The SEC can destroy a company, financially, and halt trading without making "..any allegations or findings of wrongdoing on any person's or entity's part". If there is "..no findings of wrongdoing" then they should allow trading to continue until such time that they can make such allegations or terminate the investigation. Sounds like they could better "ensure the integrity of the investigation process" without the halt of trading, which action obviously sticks out like a sore thumb to "individuals and entities whose activities are under investigation".
