foxnews.com Actually, it seems that in some of the pages, the author was smart enough to put a blank space in between the number and the "st" and "th". In others, he has gone back and remove the superscript manually by deleting and retyping the text. In page 2, "1 st " showed up sort of like a typewriter, page3 also fixed the problem. Pages 1 & 4 have the problem "th". This is too obvious a forgery that makes you wonder if it is just a deliberate hoax or parody gone wrong instead of a deliberate attempt to defraud.
