I talked to the company today. The public relations guy told me specifically that the company has only $2 million in total assets, not enought to meet the microcap listing requirements. He mentioned that a minimum of $3 million in total assets is needed to meet the requirements. He doesn't think the company can meet the Nasdag requirements any time soon; maybe 2 to 3 years down the road that possibility may arrive. For the time being don't bet on it. If you or anyone has the patience to wait for a few more years, I think there is a strong chance that nasi will listed on the nasdaq.
