Hi Brian,

Welcome back !

We need more chit chat from disgruntled shareholders ?? I believe you did say you did own ECPL around $ 2.38 or so?

Whats your beef ?

Your looking at a three fold increase in your initial investment ? Hardly nothing to sneeze at heh ? Personnally, I'm very happy with the stocks performance and I do not anticipate selling even at these levels. We have just begun the ride and more good news is in our future. ( Mark my word )

As for the outstanding shares, I'm not the expert on that subject but I do know there is a large block of shares ,11 million or so , that have a ( lock-up ) period.....are you aware of that ?

Commodity business ? Earth Care Plastic Lumber ? Really ?

With the diversification I'm seeing, the seasonal nature of the building industry will have very little impact on the overall cash flow of this company. The majority of their plants have been expanded and are now operating at full capacity in anticipation of entering the DIY segments of the market place. Can Home Depot be very far away ?

Are you reading any of the recent news ? READ them again !

The Enviromental segments of their business is just now coming on stream and with the recent acquisition of Consolidated Technologies and the $ 25 million demonstration project in Western Pennsylvania, we can see contracts for the next 5 years worth millions of dollars. Harbor dredging on the East coast to include New York and the New Jersey Ports are worth an estimated $ 250 million dollars per year.
Brian, this has nothing to do with grinding up used milk cartons!
These are not commodities.

The best of luck to you and I would hold all those ECPL stock certificates into the forseeable future. Often-times we see young aggressive companies such as ECPL with P/E's that defy gravity and reach market caps which seem very unreasonable. It happens all the time. Will we continue to see share price increases such as we have recently witnessed ? I doubt it. I also think we will see $ 10 dollars before we see 2 bucks .Is the stock a little ahead of itself ? Probably, but I can see a base building in the $ 6 to $ 7 dollar range.
The word is just getting out to the investment community including investment bankers. It's called Hype.....and I love it!
