Cheap chances may be coming to an end. Strong movement today. Not sure if it is the resource side or the biotech (my guess is the biotech). They invested $600,000 US in a medical device company that is going public. I don't think it is the Pioneer in Kern County though I hear that has reached total depth. Coalinga fever can't be behind this just yet IMO.
