The BroadcastWeb Network and Kerbango Sign Co-Marketing Agreement
       BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb 7, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Feb. 7, 2000--International      Internet, Inc. (OTCBB:IINN) announced today that The BroadcastWeb Network, Inc.      www.thebroadcastweb.com , its majority-owned subsidiary, has entered into a co-marketing      agreement with Kerbango, Inc., a start-up focused on Internet radio, to provide premium      placement for its audio programming on Kerbango's new Internet radio appliance, and its      Kerbango Tuning Service (KTS), a web destination featuring audio content from around the      globe. Kerbango will also receive placement on TheBroadcastWeb.com, a leading destination      for streaming audio programming. The announcement was made as Kerbango unveiled the      world's first standalone Internet radio at the DEMO 2000 conference, an annual forum      showcasing the year's most exciting new products and technologies.
