Steve... you're not an insider if you are a vendor with CPQ. It becomes an issue if you're on the Board or one of the key executives or have a big ownership in the company. I'm a vendor also, I bought a pc from them. Does that mean I have to worry about me being an insider? Absolutely not... I hopes this helps your confusion.
