Scott: You do not go on trial until "..allegations or findings of wrongdoing" are made by the proper authorities. The analogy with a trial does not hold. As in a trial, the order and halting of trading (in other words going to jail or out on bail) should not occur until concrete "..allegations or findings of wrongdoing" are made by the proper authorities. Therefore, I beg to differ with your view that my conclusions were taken out of context. I realize that these procedures must take their course, but there is always room to make the system better and fairer.
