The new time frame given to us by NAVR for the IPO is about all they could say. 1. next week,,, 2. Couple of weeks ,,,3. Several weeks. If they used #1 or #2. and was off target, this would be very bad management decision to say the least. To say several weeks, gives them the time frame needed to get the IPO done and not have to release another message. Now NAVR has the option to IPO any day for the next 3 weeks I would say. I think NAVR could IPO any day after a 1 1/2 weeks have passed, but one will never know until it happens. Investors are going to have to be on board every day or lose the big price jump expected on the IPO releazse date.
