This point was commented on earlier. I believe the explanation was that insiders were filing to unregister stock. If there is going to be some kind of incestuous love fest shortly this would make sense since part of the deal may involve insiders cashing out, maybe as part of the investment by the outsiders. This entire series of deals may turn out to be fairly complicated and cloud the issue of fair value making the exit decision dicey which brings me an earlier post from Naz asking David for his opinion on similar deals such as ZD. I believe David posted on that issue too a few weeks back and I would be interested in his, or anyone else's, current thinking with regards to exit strategies.
