Yes, and they have the resources to outlast the little guys. I worked for one of those companies and was peripherally involved in a suit. When I expressed concern, one lawyer told me to forget about it. There were 72 lawyers on staff and it was just a matter for trading pieces of paper for a couple of years. Just files stacked up on the desk.
