Zarqawi was not in Iraq until Bush was. Bush brought him there. Ditto almost all of the terroirists in Iraq now. In fact Bush created a huge amount of them. Before out occupation many of these terrorists were probably unemployed young guys with nothing to do.

Of course we still don't know if Zarqawi exists, or which Zarqawi it is, the one with one leg Cheney talked about or the one with two who's now out-running our troops in Humvees cut lopping of heads? Can't be both of them. One of them has to be a fabrication. My guess is Cheney lied. He does a lot of lying. He has no conscience about lying.
