Miss Christine, You are going to wear yourself out trying to respond to everybody. Stop being so likable. The learning channel had a piece on electric cars today. They are not that far away, but you're right, it is a bit early for investing. However, a battery stock that I bought a few weeks ago, Electrosource (ELSI), is up from 5 1/4 to 8 1/2 this week. They make a Lead Acid sealed battery with the lead attached to glass fibers, thus increasing surface area and reducing weight. It is sealed. Will probably be good for power tools and lawn mowers and busses. Miss penni makes me get out the dictionary almost every time she posts, but I enjoy learning new words. What is your occupation? I am in the middle of building a gated community with 77 homes. We have 28 finished and 25 sold. My ultimate goal is to build the most efficient and cost effective home in the world. I want it to be self sufficient electrically. No utility bills except for phone and internet and DBS.
