That case you posted was simply a case of not knowing the nature of the source.... Kerry met with Liu Chaoying before the contribution was made. He then lobbied the SEC in her behalf. He knew the source of the money. If he didn't know the source, why would he lobby for her? Is Liu Chaoying the "foreign leader" that wants Kerry to win the Presidential election?
