In the end, Amazon has to be more than retailer peddling commodity products with razor thin margins. The "convenience" plug doesn't go very far towards building a brand that people want to buy. Do people here consider toys and electronics to be commodities? I never did. Books are commodities I thought. If toys and electronics are commodities can someone outline what is not a commodity in retail to me please, thanks
