Rob, The shareholder lawsuits are a waste of time. Nobody wins except the lawyers. People should not be buying high risk tech stocks unless they are prepared to lose half their money in one day. Don't go crying to mommy is my advice to them. I averaged down at around $30 a while back. Waiting patiently for the recovery... Bill
