Mortgage rates are going up and down for about 4 years now.. Gold had it plunge because of the Swiss announcement that they will (may be) not use gold to backup frank, and sell about 1400 tons of gold on the open market (someday,. maybe,. after year 1999).. Still no a big of a deal. What makes these markets good, though, it's volatility bored by Honk Kong massacre. It's forcing money managers all over the world to reevaluate theirs portfolios, unload non-performing assets and go fishing for new values. And this is good time to be with stocks in recovery, like BORL. Good investing to all. EK
